What accessories come as standard with this model?

The IZ102ME comes with a duster crevice and a multi-surface tool.

Does this model have washable filters?

Yes, it has a foam filter in the top of the detachable dust cup of the hand vacuum. The filter should be rinsed under a tap and left to air dry on a regular basis. Please check your instruction booklet for more details.

Is there a rotating brush on the front of the floor nozzle?

Yes, this model benefits from our DuoClean Technology as well as our latest Anti Hair-Wrap Technology. It has two rotating brushrolls, one soft roller and one bristle brushbar. They work together to pick up large particles, small particles, hair and stuck on dust particles from carpets and hard floors.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts up to 40 minutes when used in extended runtime mode.

How long does the battery take to charge?

The battery takes 3.5 hours to fully charge.

What are the benefits of the DuoClean?

Two unique brush rolls work together to effortlessly remove the three types of mess from carpets and hard floors.
